We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, HR process knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer letters
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
Maintain HRMS, employee records, and attendance management
Manage payroll inputs, leave data, and statutory compliance coordination (PF/ESIC/PT)
Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling
Draft HR letters: appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, etc.
Conduct performance appraisal process and maintain KPIs
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
Handle exit interviews, F&F, and relieving documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
Ability to work independently and handle confidential data
