Role Overview
We are hiring a proactive and skilled
Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department leaders to forecast workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines.
Enhance recruitment efforts through effective use of both free and paid job portals.
Onboarding & Development
Ensure a smooth, engaging, and well-structured onboarding experience for all new hires.
Design and implement employee training and development programs.
Maintain adherence to internal HR standards and compliance requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.
Foster a transparent, inclusive, and positive workplace environment.
Lead employee engagement programs and oversee internal communication initiatives.
Performance Management
Develop and manage performance evaluation frameworks.
Assist managers in setting KPIs, performance goals, and growth plans.
Address underperformance through structured coaching and support strategies.
