Job description:
The Senior HR will be responsible for managing HR operations, statutory compliance, and client coordination. The role requires expertise in PF & ESIC audits, labor laws, and HR legal compliance while ensuring seamless communication with clients.
Roles & Responsblity :
Manage PF & ESIC audits, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Handle challans, inspections, and statutory submissions.
Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, Industrial Disputes Act, etc.
Draft, review, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws.
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Requirements :
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and client coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
