We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior HR Associate to lead the human resources function for our real estate operations in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic HR planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and compliance, aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals of the real estate operations.
Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational development.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all levels including site, sales, technical, and back-office staff.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs.
Drive employer branding strategies to attract top talent in the region.
Performance & Employee Engagement
Implement and monitor a robust performance appraisal system.
Design employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale.
Conduct regular one-on-one and skip-level meetings to gather feedback.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
Create and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate with external/internal trainers for development programs.
Create leadership development pipelines for high-potential employees.
Payroll & HR Operations
Supervise payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for salary disbursements.
Handle HRMS and ensure accurate data management and reporting.
Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Actions
Manage employee grievances and resolve conflicts fairly and legally.
Ensure implementation of disciplinary procedures where required.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in real estate or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
