Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior HR
professional to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening people processes, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting business growth through effective talent management and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and exit formalities
? Lead and execute recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles
? Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture
? Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
? Ensure compliance with statutory laws and labor regulations (PF, ESI, PT, POSH, etc.)
? Design, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs
? Manage performance appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and career development plans
Required Skills & Competencies
? Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
? Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and maturity
? Proficiency in HR tools, MS Excel, and HRMS platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
