Purpose


This position stretches across various roles of HR activities touching an employee's life-cycle at various stages in a regional role. This can range from handling Recruitment, Employee Engagement & HR policies and procedures. Support the HR function in a highly volatile market with a multi-cultural workforce.

Education :

Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed university.

Mandate Experience :

At least 8+ years relevant working experience. Prefer candidates who have had exposure in working with multinational companies handling global companies.

Key Responsibilities

Streamlined Management of Recruitment and Selection for Technical Digital Roles (Sourcing, Screening, Interview Scheduling, and Offer Support); Experience in LinkedIn Sourcing. Act as a business partner to senior management and managers in the overall life-cycle management of employees. Effective new employee orientation and onboarding Effective execution of the day-to-day HR Operational activities. Plan, organize and execute regular employee engagement activities as and when required. Work closely with line managers and L&D to identify training needs and deliver effective Learning & Development interventions and programs. Support identified key associates / HIPO talent development. Manage employee conflict, issues and grievances and act as an employee facilitator. Provide guidance and advice to line management in performance management and disciplinary management. Review, streamline and recommend HR policies and ensure adherence to local and corporate labor and employment legislations and standards, not limiting to India. Provide guidance and stewardship for all HR policies and procedures.

Required skills

Cross-cultural experience gained from working in culturally diverse environments Excellent and effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Ability to work independently as well as in teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and presentation skills including demonstration skills to handle many assignments simultaneously. Develop strong, trusting relationships with each team member. Pleasant disposition, excellent interpersonal and ability to interact and deal with people at all levels and various countries and cultural backgrounds. Should exhibit continuous learning mind-set, be highly engaged, creative thinking and be resourceful. Having a global and open mindset; collaboration and teamwork is key the success of this position. Willingness to stretch where required and take on additional responsibilities and challenging roles. Strong sense of urgency in resolving issues. Well versed in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
