Key Responsibilities:

Handle

recruitment and onboarding

for Sales & Tele calling profiles. Develop and implement

attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems

. Manage

incentive plans

,

PIP (Performance Improvement Plans)

, and

appraisal cycles

. Conduct regular

training, motivation, and engagement

sessions for sales executives. Ensure

compliance with HR policies

and maintain smooth coordination with management. Address

employee grievances

and resolve issues promptly. Prepare

monthly reports

on hiring, performance, and retention metrics. Support management in

enhancing sales productivity

through effective HR strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in HR / Business Administration or related field.

4+ years of experience

in HR, with at least

2 years handling Sales/Telecalling operations

. Strong understanding of

sales targets

team motivation techniques

. Excellent

communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

. Proficient in

MS Excel
