Sound understanding of HR processes. Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management. training & development. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coach team on communication skills. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. Strong ethics and reliability. MBA in HR.

Job Responsibility



Technical/IT Recruitment & Onboarding



Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers and salary negotiations. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Manage onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Engagement & Culture



Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Conduct regular one-on-one discussions with employees to gather feedback and implement actions that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.

HR Operations & Compliance



Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Handle employee documentation including offer letters, confirmation, transfers and exit formalities. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy. Support management in handling disciplinary and grievance matters in a fair and transparent manner.

Payroll Management



Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leave records, and statutory deductions. Coordinate with the finance department for timely disbursement of salaries. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to payroll such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and Gratuity. Maintain payroll records and resolve employee payroll queries promptly.

Performance Management



Coordinate the performance appraisal process and assist in implementation of goal setting. Support managers and employees with feedback and performance-related queries.

HR Reporting & Analytics



Prepare and present HR reports such as attrition, recruitment status, and engagement insights. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement within the HR function.
