Hiring for Senior HR Recruiter for our own Manpower Agency.

Qualification : Min Graduation required

Salary : 20k to 30k

Experience : Min 4 years exp required

Job Role:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

Handle bulk, lateral, and niche hiring for client mandates.

Work closely with clients and account managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Source candidates using job portals, referrals, social media, headhunting, and field recruitment.

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for role fit and client suitability.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates.

Mentor and guide junior recruiters and field recruiters.

Track recruitment metrics and prepare daily/weekly hiring reports.

Ensure compliance with staffing policies, documentation, and onboarding processes.

Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain high offer-to-join ratios.
