Preferred candidate profile:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good to have: Proven experience (at least 2 years) in recruiting for international accounting and bookkeeping positions or even good talent in IT/ITeS hiring.
Strong understanding of international accounting and bookkeeping processes and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talent including experience on head hunting.
