About the Role:



We are looking for an experienced

Senior HR Recruiter

to lead end-to-end hiring initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline. You will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the

entire recruitment cycle

-- from understanding requirements to onboarding.

Source and attract

top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking. Conduct

screening, interviews, and assessments

to evaluate candidates for

both IT & Non-IT profiles.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Drive

bulk, technical, and niche hiring

as per organizational needs. Hands on experience in leading and managing the recruitment team. Mentor junior recruiters and support continuous improvement in hiring processes.

Requirements:



Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

4-8 years of experience

in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in IT / corporate roles). Proven track record in

sourcing senior and mid-level talent

. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with

ATS tools, job portals, and social media recruiting

. Ability to manage multiple open roles and tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
