Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, job portals, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies.
Leverage
AI tools for recruitment
to improve efficiency and reach.
Build and maintain pipelines for niche, technical, creative, and non-technical roles.
Develop strong connections with passive candidates through personalized outreach and professional networks.
Recruitment Lifecycle Management
Manage the entire recruitment process -- from job intake and sourcing to offer closure.
Conduct screenings, assessments, and candidate evaluations.
Coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding.
Candidate Experience
Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
Build trust and ensure a positive, engaging candidate experience.
Process Excellence & Reporting
Use applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to manage pipelines and progress.
Prepare dashboards and MIS reports; maintain accurate data in
Excel
and other reporting tools.
Support employer branding, career fairs, campus hiring, and networking events.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for speed and quality.
Requirements
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
Minimum
3 years of experience
in technical, non-technical, or media recruitment.
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter,
Naukri, Indeed
, GitHub, and other job portals.
Familiarity with
AI recruitment tools
and modern hiring technologies.
Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel
for reporting and data analysis.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines independently while maintaining quality.
