We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to independently handle end-to-end recruitment for ZGP and its group companies. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organised, and strong in stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure
Handle Walk - In and niche hiring across sales, production, creative, and corporate roles
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
Use job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna) for sourcing candidates
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth closures
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
3-7 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and job portals
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to handle deadlines and multi-tasking
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
Experience in creative / media / service industry is an added advantage
