We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for doctors, medical specialists, and executive-level positions. This role requires deep knowledge of healthcare hiring standards, exceptional networking skills, and the ability to engage top-tier talent aligned with our mission and values.
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for doctors, specialists (e.g., Duty Medical Officers, Radiologists, Pathologists,Nuclear Medicine Technicians ), and senior leadership roles (e.g., Marketing Managers, Operations Managers, Lab Managers, Accounts Manager, etc..).
1. Coordinating with Sr Manager HR/ Head of departments for Manager positions as well as Doctors & Consultants recruitment
2. Sourcing candidates through Job Portals namely Naukri, Monster & Linkedin and maintaining data base of the candidates interacted for Openings.
3. Collaborate with Sr.Manager HR/department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
4.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified medical professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific channels.
5.Conduct screening, interviewing, and coordination of selection processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
