Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Senior HR Recruiter

to handle recruitment for our school and college departments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

academic and non-academic hiring

, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment drives efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for teaching and non-teaching positions (faculty, coordinators, admin, support staff, etc.). Collaborate with principals, HODs, and management to understand manpower requirements. Prepare and post job advertisements on

Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Shortlist and screen candidates based on job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads. Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-up and feedback. Issue offer letters and assist in the

onboarding process

. Build a

talent pipeline

for upcoming academic sessions. Participate in

campus drives

and networking for teacher recruitment. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with institutional HR policies.

Required Skills:

Minimum

3-6 years of experience

in recruitment (

experience in education sector is added advantages)

Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

Preferred : ONLY Female candidates

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month
