Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple clients across diverse industries. The role requires strong client handling skills, team management abilities, and expertise in delivering quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management). Handle multiple client accounts, ensuring hiring requirements are met within agreed timelines and quality standards. Build strong client relationships and act as a single point of contact for recruitment needs. Lead, guide, and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring effective team performance. Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and networking. Coordinate with clients for interviews, feedback, and selection closures. Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, candidate pipeline, etc.). Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, company policies, and client expectations. Maintain strong candidate relationships to reduce dropouts and improve joining ratios.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in handling multiple client accounts simultaneously. Strong expertise in bulk hiring, niche hiring, and leadership hiring. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a recruitment team. Result-oriented, with strong problem-solving and multitasking ability. Proficiency in using ATS, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and sourcing tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
