About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced
Senior HR Recruiter
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring the organization is staffed with highly skilled and motivated professionals. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and contribute to employer branding, recruitment strategy, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Use a variety of sourcing methods (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals) to attract top talent.
Draft and publish compelling job postings to attract high-quality applicants.
Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and candidates.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Handle offer negotiations, pre-employment checks, and onboarding formalities.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress and performance.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancement.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver quality hires under tight deadlines.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience hiring for wellness, healthcare, beauty, retail, or hospitality industries.
Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
