Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the company.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Handle pre-employment processes, including offer letters and background checks.
Assist with other HR-related tasks as required.
Proven experience in recruitment (minimum 1-2 years).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
