Job Description
We are searching for a Senior Recruiter that will support professional and support level roles within the Operations organization. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for turning the business strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy and building proactive recruiting plans to address critical talent gaps, helping the organization assess and select talent for both today\xe2\x80\x99s and tomorrow\xe2\x80\x99s business needs and ultimately creating competitive advantage in the business and talent marketplace.
HR Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Filling positions within an organization.
- Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
- Developing own network of suitable candidates.
- Handling of administration and record-keeping.
- Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Interviewing candidates.
- Preparing job offers.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.
- Bachelor\'s in human resources.
- MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping.
