Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments (domestic hiring).
Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage the complete candidate lifecycle.
Maintain strong communication with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and changes.
Track recruitment metrics, team performance, and provide weekly performance updates.
Ensure candidate pipeline stability and maintain a consistent flow of quality profiles.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and technology to improve processes.
Required Skills & Experience
4-7 years of experience in
end-to-end domestic hiring

Proven experience in
managing and motivating a recruitment team

Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Tech-savvy with the ability to use ATS, Excel, and digital hiring tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Strong sourcing abilities with a stable track record of closing multiple positions.
