Source and screen candidates through portals, references, and social media.
Schedule and conduct interviews.
Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process for new employees.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with accounts.
Support employees with HR-related queries and issues.
3. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity (as applicable).
Prepare HR letters - appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving, etc.
Maintain proper documentation for audits.
4. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and training sessions.
Conduct feedback sessions and support a healthy work culture.
5. Performance & Policy Implementation
Assist in performance management process.
Ensure company policies are followed across departments.
Maintain discipline and assist management in HR decision-making.
