Job Description

A Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. Key duties include screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and mentoring junior recruiters. This role also focuses on building and maintaining candidate pipelines, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key qualifications

Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
