Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

with

3+ years of experience in the KPO industry

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs. Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other effective channels. Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely updates. Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination. Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and niche roles within the KPO domain.

Required Skills

Minimum

3 years of experience

in Talent Acquisition within a

KPO environment

. Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and deliver within timelines. Experience using recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS platforms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
