Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal teams and corporate positions, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers; manage candidate communication and feedback loops.
Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment metrics, and regular reporting on hiring progress.
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and early engagement.
Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and workforce planning.
Drive corporate acquisition hiring (both paid and unpaid) as per business requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and implement internship programs; partner with colleges, manage intern onboarding, training schedules, evaluations, and conversions to full-time roles.
Pitch internship opportunities to potential candidates; provide career counselling for internship participants.
Handle all HR administrative functions: attendance, employee records, documentation, and HR compliance.
Oversee office administration tasks and vendor management related to facilities and HR operations.
Manage the full employee life cycle, including performance, development, and offboarding processes.
Take on additional tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Preferred Experience and Background :
Prior experience in HR consultancy, immigration, real estate, training institutes, college TPAs, or IT sectors is preferred.
Experience with internship programs and campus recruitment is a plus.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant recruiting and HR experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and HR information systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance basics preferred.
