HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience recruiting in the RCM space
to join our team and help us scale rapidly with top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for RCM roles including charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up, and medical billing.
Source candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, etc.).
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with department leads to understand evolving staffing needs.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/recruitment specifically in the
RCM/Healthcare BPO industry
.
Strong understanding of RCM functions and required skill sets (charge entry, AR, billing, etc.).
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hiring for US healthcare clients.
Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring targets.
