Must have experience to handle manpower from vendor team.
Lead end?to?end talent acquisition: workforce planning, job postings, interviewing, onboarding/offboarding.
Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Keep an eye on compensation, benefits, payroll, and rewards programs.
Must be reporting to the client to take their feedback on day today basis on manpower deployment, replacement and new hiring as per their requirement on site.
Must prepare daily report and share to the client and company.
Must be having good communication skills and computer knowledge.
Salary will be fixed and performance based.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, BBA, MBA, or related field.
3-4 + years of HR recruiter & payroll management experience only.
