Role Summary



We are looking for a proactive

Senior HR Recruiter & Operations Coordinator

to handle end-to-end recruitment for core technical, sales, and operations roles while supporting HR processes and day-to-day office coordination.
The role is execution-heavy with a strong focus on

fast closures

and

efficient onboarding

for our Noida office.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)



Post jobs across job portals, LinkedIn, Telegram/WhatsApp groups, and internal databases Screen and shortlist candidates for technical (DevOps, PHP, IT Security) and non-technical (Sales, Operations) roles Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate tracking sheets and daily hiring reports Negotiate offers and ensure quick closure of positions (target: under 7-10 days per role)

Onboarding & HR Operations



Manage joining formalities (documents, NDAs, contracts) Coordinate IT access (emails, Bitrix24, VPN, credentials manager) with the tech team Prepare welcome kits and first-day onboarding schedules Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data Assist in drafting and updating HR policies & SOPs

Office Coordination & Team Support



Assist management in arranging training sessions, team meetings, and internal events Liaise with vendors for office supplies, stationery, and hiring tools Support payroll data collation and reimbursement requests Keep internal communication channels (Slack, WhatsApp) active and updated

Requirements



1.5-3 years of experience in

end-to-end recruitment

(preferably in IT or SaaS companies) Experience hiring

sales profiles

and

tech roles

Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and offline channels Good knowledge of onboarding processes and basic HR operations Excellent communication, multitasking, and follow-up skills Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic HR tools

Preferred (Bonus Points)



Experience hiring in

fast-paced startups or small teams

Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and UAE HR compliance Ability to run employee engagement activities

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
