Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with respective departments.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring progress.
Assist in drafting JDs, posting openings, and managing hiring MIS.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
Coordinate with the HR team for onboarding formalities and documentation.
Key Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Knowledge of the recruitment life cycle.
Flexibility to work in evening/night shifts (as mentioned).
Additional Information
Candidates comfortable with 1 PM-10 PM or 3 PM-12 AM shifts will be preferred.
Must be energetic, proactive, and target-oriented.
Basic understanding of HR processes is required.
