The Senior HR Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Job Location:

Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

Salary Range:

2.5 LPA - 6 LPA

Experience:

2+ year of experience

Preferred Qualification:

M.B.A. in HR / Any other preferred qualification.

Responsibilities:

Screen applicants, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate assessments to evaluate qualifications. Provide candidates with a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process. Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness. The senior HR recruiter plays a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting & hiring top talent for the organization. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.

Requirements:

A bachelor's or master's degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree. Availability to conduct online interviews in late evenings, as necessary, for profiles that require the CEO's involvement during that time. 2+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
