Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation & on boarding.
Develop and maintain effective hiring channels (job portals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, social media, referrals).
Draft and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
Conduct HR interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.
Oversee attendance, shift adherence & workplace discipline.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for management.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR operations & recruitment
(after-sales service hiring experience preferred).
Prior
consultancy experience
with exposure to hiring for
multiple profiles/industries
.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and HR processes.
Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving & conflict-resolution abilities.
