Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle IT recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, technical coordination, and offer closure).
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
Conduct HR screening and coordinate technical interviews with panel members.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Track and maintain recruitment metrics and weekly reports.
Stay updated with the latest IT hiring trends, tools, and market insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (preferably with IT services/product companies).
Strong knowledge of technical roles, IT skill sets, and recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions and deliver within deadlines.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
