Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate positions
- Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements
- Build talent pipelines for critical positions
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
- Ensure smooth communication and positive candidate experience
- Handle labour contractor recruitment and site-level hiring
- Coordinate with site teams and contractors for manpower availability and compliance
Requirements:- Strong end to end recruitment experience
- Experience in site-level manpower hiring is a plus
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Basic compliance knowledge related to contractor hiring
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
