Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for BPO, ITES, and corporate roles. This role is ideal for someone who understands speed hiring, candidate engagement, and closure driven recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews Coordinate with clients and internal teams to close positions efficiently Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS Ensure high-quality hiring with quick turnaround time

Requirements:

Graduation mandatory 1 to 6 years of experience in recruitment (BPO/ITES hiring preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Target driven, organized, and result oriented mindset
