We are seeking an HR Recruiter with experience hiring Architects, Interior Designers, and BOQ/Estimation roles. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, understand technical design requirements, and close niche positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit for Architects, Interior Designers, BOQ/Estimation roles
Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
Manage offers, negotiations, and joining process
Maintain recruitment MIS and trackers
Requirements
3-6 years of recruitment experience in architecture/interior/construction domain
Strong understanding of design and BOQ roles
Good communication and closing skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
