HR Operations
Assist in onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
Improve recruitment strategies by analyzing hiring trends and market insights.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and hiring standards.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with department heads to understand workforce planning.
Provide timely updates on hiring status and job progress.
Build strong internal and external communication channels.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
HR, Management, or related field

3-4 years of experience in
IT & Non-IT recruiting
.
Strong experience in sourcing profiles from
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and job portals
.
Excellent at
screening, assessing, negotiating, and closing candidates
.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving, and candidate relationship management.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-growth tech environment

Knowledge of
HR processes, onboarding, documentation, and basic compliance

Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in
