Role Overview
The Head HR Recruiter will play a strategic leadership role in shaping the company's talent acquisition function. This role involves designing recruitment strategies, strengthening hiring processes, leading the internal recruitment team, and ensuring a robust pipeline of skilled professionals across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong strategic thinking, people management abilities, and a deep understanding of modern recruitment methodologies.
1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Partner with management and function heads to forecast manpower needs.
Define, streamline, and optimize recruitment processes for speed, efficiency, and quality.
Track and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to strengthen decision-making.
2. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, guide, and mentor the internal recruitment team.
Allocate tasks, define KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Build strong coordination between HR- operations team and managers
3. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management
Develop a strong talent pipeline using job portals, social media, referrals etc.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience with transparency and timely communication.
Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for data accuracy and hiring compliance.
4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest market trends, recruitment technologies, and industry best practices.
Introduce digital tools and automation to improve hiring efficiency.
