Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Senior HR Recruiter
to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design hiring strategies.
Source top talent through job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced or D2C environment).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience hiring for tech, marketing, and operations roles preferred.
Compensation:
?15-20 LPA (based on experience)

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
