Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

across multiple functions and senior-level roles. Develop and execute

sourcing strategies

using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and ensure smooth hiring processes. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and workforce planning. Mentor and guide junior recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Maintain talent pipelines and provide regular recruitment reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

HR or related field

. Proven experience in

talent acquisition & stakeholder management

. Strong knowledge of

job portals, social media hiring, and headhunting

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
