Interview Process Management
: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Talent Pipeline Building
: Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and develop strategic talent pipelines.
Employer Branding
: Enhance employer branding initiatives and communicate job opportunities effectively to attract high-caliber talent.
Reporting & Metrics
: Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to improve strategies.
Mentorship
: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior recruiters and other members of the talent acquisition team.
Skills:
Experience
: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Experience in Bulk Hiring
Education
: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required, with a Master's degree being a plus.
Communication
: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective engagement with candidates and internal stakeholders.
