Job Description

Compliance and Policies:

Maintain employee records like attendance, personal files, certificates etc. Prepare reports on recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction. Support organizational change initiatives and culture development. Implement policies with Top management's guidance.

Recruitment:

In coordination with Mgt or Recruitment officer place requirements in the Job hunting Apps,Screen them, arrange interview, and follow process of inducting candidates for various positions if selected.

Performance Management:

Provide feedbacks on Employees with solutions in the places where corrective actions need to be taken. Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Time Management:

Keep vigilance on time and make employees to follow, keep records, and initiate corrective actions including penalties if necessary.

Account Keeping:

Keep petty cash records and daily disbursement according to approvals

Conveyance Management:

Collect andKeep records of all kinds of transportation expenses including Labour, Staff, Supervisors and Rentals if any for a weekly or set time payment method.

Reception Management:

Receiving any visitors and welcoming them and guiding them to respective Management's office with approval.

Office Events Management

: Be the lead in organizing any company's internal events like birthday celebrations or Festivals.

Employee Relations:

Promote a positive work environment and help in employee engagement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
