Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates from various online channels, including social media and professional platforms
- Interviewing and Evaluation: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top contenders to management
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning
Requirements and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PHR or SPHR, are a plus
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
