Responsibilities :
1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
? Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
? Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media,internal databases, professional networks, and referrals.
? Build, manage, and continuously nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiringneeds.
2. Job Posting & Employer Branding:
? Draft and publish well-structured, engaging job descriptions that reflect both rolerequirements and company culture.
? Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to enhance employer branding through socialmedia and recruitment campaigns.
3. Screening & Shortlisting:
? Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.
? Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
? Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with detailed evaluations.
4. Interviewing & Assessment:
? Coordinate and conduct structured interviews across multiple departments.
? Administer and evaluate skill assessments and psychometric tests where applicable.
? Provide hiring managers with data-driven recommendations and support in finaldecision-making.
5. Candidate Relationship Management:
? Maintain transparent and consistent communication with candidates throughout therecruitment journey.
? Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
? Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth acceptance and joining processes.
6. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
? Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
? Advise hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and competitive salarybenchmarks.
? Drive alignment between recruitment timelines and departmental objectives.
7. Data Management & Reporting:
? Maintain and update all candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
? Generate and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, etc.) to optimize hiring strategies.
8. Onboarding & Post-Hire Coordination:
? Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR Operations.
? Ensure all documentation, background verification, and orientation activities are completed smoothly.
? Conduct onboarding feedback sessions to improve new hire experiences.
Right Fit:
Education & Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? 4-7 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment; experience in a Senior or Lead Recruiter role preferred.
? Strong background in full-cycle hiring, stakeholder management, and onboarding coordination.
? Experience using ATS, HRMS, and other recruitment automation tools.
Skills & Competencies:
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and assessment techniques.
? Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
? Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment reporting and metrics.
