Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level and senior-level positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct face-to-face interviews and evaluate candidate fitment.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Handle bulk hiring, niche hiring, and urgent recruitment needs.
Negotiate salary, finalise offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, records, and weekly reports.
Improve recruitment strategies and employer branding.
Ensure hiring within timelines and budget.
Train and support junior recruiters when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience
in recruitment (corporate or agency).
Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing tools, and hiring trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
Experience in hiring across functions (operations, admin, finance, sales, technical, etc.).
