Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for mid to senior-level roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct screening calls and shortlist qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Provide a strong candidate experience and ensure timely communication
Work closely with HR and leadership to understand staffing requirements
Achieve monthly hiring targets and manage multiple open positions efficiently
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in core recruitment (agency or corporate)
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and hiring strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
