Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize job portals, professional networks, and social media to source quality candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and job descriptions.
Ensure maximum closures of open positions every month by maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
5-6+ years of experience
in recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
Proficiency in using
job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
.
Strong screening, shortlisting, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly closure targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
