hiring Field Recruiters to support our warehouse hiring needs
. As a recruiter, you will visit warehouse locations, conduct local hiring drives, and ensure manpower requirements are met. The company will provide sourcing tools and support to help you succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned warehouse locations for recruitment activities.
Source, screen, and select candidates for warehouse roles (e.g., pickers, packers, loaders).
Conduct face-to-face interviews and coordinate walk-ins.
Use the company-provided sourcing code/tools for lead generation and tracking.
Maintain daily hiring reports and share regular updates.
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
Support documentation and joining formalities of selected candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Field recruitment or local hiring experience preferred (not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel to multiple warehouse locations daily
Must own a smartphone with internet access
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage
