About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior HR Recruiter

who can

lead a team of junior recruiters

, drive hiring processes, and ensure the achievement of

weekly and monthly recruitment targets

. This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, team leadership, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor

a team of junior recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Ensure

weekly and monthly recruitment goals

are met for various client requirements. Handle

end-to-end recruitment process,

including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions. Develop effective

hiring strategies

to meet client expectations. Maintain

strong client relationships

and ensure timely delivery. Track and monitor team performance, provide feedback and training as needed.

Requirements

4-7 years

of recruitment experience in a consultancy or staffing firm. Proven experience in

team management

and target achievement. Strong knowledge of

sourcing tools, job portals, and networking platforms

. Excellent

communication and leadership skills

. Ability to work under

pressure and tight deadlines

.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
