We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR professional to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Alandi. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years of solid HR experience in a plant environment and will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including Payroll (SAP), Recruitment, and other plant HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management (SAP):
Process and validate monthly payroll using SAP.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
Maintain and update employee master data in SAP.
Address employee queries related to payroll and compensation.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for the plant - from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to fulfill manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and manage offer rollouts.
Focus on hiring skilled and semi-skilled workforce as per production needs.
3. Plant HR Operations:
Act as the HR point of contact for plant employees.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance issues.
Drive employee engagement initiatives on the shop floor.
Support department heads with HR insights and compliance matters.
4. Compliance Management:
Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable
labour laws and statutory regulations
.
Maintain statutory records (registers, licenses, returns) and coordinate inspections.
Liaise with legal consultants, labour authorities, and external auditors as needed.
Conduct internal HR audits and ensure policy adherence.
5. General HR Activities:
Maintain HR records and MIS reports.
Coordinate training & development programs.
Monitor attendance, leave, and time office functions.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
Liaise with government authorities and manage audits related to HR.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in SAP HR module.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced plant environment.
