Ensure compliance with
PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus Act
, and other statutory norms.
Generate and file
PF/ESI returns
, challans, and monthly reports.
Maintain accurate
employee personal and salary records
in HRMS.
Resolve employee queries related to
salary, deductions, tax, leaves
, etc.
Prepare
MIS reports
- salary summary, headcount, overtime cost, variance report, etc.
Coordinate with Finance for
payroll bank transfers
and reconciliation.
Support audits by providing necessary payroll documents.
Implement payroll improvements and ensure data confidentiality.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliance
Hands-on experience in
HRMS/ERP payroll systems
Good understanding of
Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas)
High accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle deadlines
