We are looking for a
Senior HR Operations Manager
to lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources operations while managing a high-performing HR team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive HR excellence, ensure compliance, and foster a strong organizational culture. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in manufacturing. Fluency in Telugu (Hyderabad) or basic Japanese (Ahmedabad) is required based on the location.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Leadership
Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Monitor HR metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Team Management & Development
Manage, mentor, and motivate the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
Drive continuous skill development and performance management within the HR function.
Ensure smooth coordination across all HR activities, from hiring to exit processes.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement
Partner with business leaders to plan and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
Support workforce planning, career development programs, and succession planning.
Compliance & Legal
Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Manage audits, statutory filings, and compliance documentation.
Proactively address HR-related legal and regulatory risks.
Who You Are
Proven experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Fluent in Telugu (for Hyderabad) or basic Japanese proficiency (for Ahmedabad).
Quick to join and adapt, ideally within one month of offer.
